A real 'Out of Africa' experience for an adventurous nature loving couple. A small estate on the edge of a large lagoon 40 km to the SE of Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. Wild life includes; many hippos, occasional elephants and leopards. Incredible bird life.
On the estate is a thatched house (3 bedrooms). A separate thatched library and bar. Private guest accommodation with en-suite. All set in landscaped tropical gardens a young lemon grove and small banana plantation. House boat with cabin and bar. Gardener and housekeeper (total 45 man hours a week) all paid for by the owners. No animals apart from the wild ones.
Main sitting duties are to manage the staff, run and maintain the systems and provide security for the estate. Applicants should be experienced in living remotely and off grid. Capable of maintaining pumps, generators, solar systems and swimming pools. Also experienced in living and managing staff in Africa.
