3 bd 2 bath Garden home in a nice and safe neighborhood with it's own entrances/exits. I have been comfortable walking the dog at just about any hours. I have a full guest bedroom, but master bedroom is available save some off limits areas such as closet. I can provide accommodation for hanging clothes and the like. The office is decorated with rare and fragile items and while is not off-limits, please take care in that area. I do not have cable but will provide access to my various streaming services, and have good wifi (200-1000mbps depending on the internet gods). Full stocked kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machines. I will make space in the fridge/pantry for any groceries needed. Trash goes out Monday and Thursday mornings.

 Daily responsibilities include: company and care for a Shi-tzu, and 2 cats. One of the cats has a medication that he needs morning and evening, and the process can be involved as the other animals cannot get his meds as a health risk. I can provide detailed directions on methods that I have found that work. I try to scoop the cat boxes daily, and change them weekly. Daily walks of the dog. Please be aware of walking during prime hours as this neighborhood is very active, I try to keep away from those times as I do not want to run any risk of someone losing control of their dog and endangering us.
