My home is in a brand new quiet and safe subdivision and has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is a lovely breakfast nook in the kitchen and the furniture and fixtures are sure to make you feel at home. It is a two-story single family home with a nice sized backyard, a two-car garage, and is very close to the community pool. It is just off the main road where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway minutes away. The kitchen is fully loaded and there is a beautiful office on the 1st fl. The master bedroom has a sitting area that serves as a comfortable alternative that does not require you to leave the room for a change of scenery. In terms of my expectations, please be mindful that this home and all that is contained within it are loved and was carefully selected. To be sure to keep outside dirt, leave, etc. from circulating throughout the house, no shoes are permitted past the shoe rack by the front door. Neither food nor drink are permitted in the living room area and 2nd fl, as there is ample seating provided for dining on the 1st fl. No pets of any kind are allowed in the house or on the premises; the same goes for smoking. It is strictly prohibited. Children above the age of 12 only, as this home is not child-proofed. The parking garage and/or driveway are to be used for parking. Do not park on the street. Lastly, please refrain from hosting parties and playing music loud enough for neighbors to be disturbed.
