A state of the art ridge-line home perched high above the Mary Valley. Breath-taking views, bush tranquillity, combined with cutting-edge design and technology. "Simply stunning!", as the real estate agent put it.
Our property presentation skills served us well with the house going up FOR SALE twice, in 2013 and 2019. Keeping things ship shape and liaising with the same agency for private inspections resulting in a successful SALE twice over. The YouTube in the above Noosa Hinterland Assignment link helps to explain why the first to inspect in 2019 bought the property the very next day.

- Prior to here was a repeat lake-side masterpiece, one that perhaps slipped by the architectural eyes of Grand Designs' guru Kevin Mc. Perched above a striking lake in the Noosa Hinterlands, Qld, Australia. Peace is of the essence here, as the sun rises to silhouette neighbouring Mt Tinbeerwah. The owners relocate regularly overseas to their equally striking home in Asia while we hold fort, hillside at Lake MacDonald, Qld.

- Right before there was an Alexandra Headland Assignment, a beach house with loveable dog for excellent company and stick throwing activities on the nearby surf beach. Position and views to boot at this repeat assignment for owners who relish their long distance hiking treks in remote parts of the globe.

- Before here was a charming Black Mt, Sunshine Coast Hinterland home - a classic old Queenslander restored yet further complimented by a contemporary open plan wing that reaches out along the ridgeline to capture expansive views of Mt Cooroy, Mount Tinbeerwah, and right through to Cooloola Sand Patch beyond Lake Cootharaba. A 12 acre bush property with resident Border Collie, chickens and a galah. In 2013 the Collie's true masters were having an equally peaceful time, sailing the Adriatic.

- Immediately prior to here was a Coolum Beach Hinterland assignment a beach-house style home set high in the Sunshine Coast hills of Queensland Australia. Sunrise at this time of the year produces some startling crimson skylines and a distinctive silhouette of nearby Mt Coolum. Come sunset the mount is laden with warm colours firing up the vistas from our wrap around deck. The owners of this repeat request assignment were enjoying some added warmth in Thailand while we exercised our property presentation skills and liased with local real estate agents who held private viewings of the property. And yes it did indeed sell.

- Before there was a multiple repeat 3 month long Cooroy Hinterland Retreat Assignment securing a state of the art home in the bush of SE Queensland, Australia. Vimeo Video

- Prior to there was an exquisite Bulimba, Brisbane Assignment, caring for a riverside home and pets while the owners headed coastal for the Christmas / New Year summer holidays. Their designer dwelling capitalises on Brisbane's inner-city vibrant river lifestyle in SE Queensland Australia.

- Before there was a classic TWIN WATERS QLD waterfront home well suited to the Sunshine Coast Qld lifestyle.

- Another repeat assignment, was an idyllic 9 acre Sunshine Coast Hinterland B&B Retreat in West Woombye Qld. Preparing the property to go up for sale was rewarded with a successful sale and happy owners.

Bedrooms and living areas spill out onto bushland view decks. The owners loved to travel to expand their culinary skills for their appreciative B&B customers.

- Immediately before there was another peaceful Twin Waters Queensland Australia home that offered dawn views of kangaroos nibbling by the neighbouring golfcourse lagoon.

- Before there, was a striking Mons Queensland Assignment a hillside home with killer northerly deck views, along with an Irish Wolfhound and a Blue Heeler for most entertaining company. The owners were chilling out lakeside in Northern Italy.

- Before that, a sparkling new Eumundi Queensland Assignment home and canine-care for owners who had taken to the ski-slopes of Victoria.

- Before there, was a delightful Minyama Waterfront Assignment Sunshine Coast Australia, (See overview image below) while the owners enjoyed a lengthy tour of Eastern Europe.

- Immediately prior was a captivating Buderim Hilltop Assignment Sunshine Coast Australia for repeat request owners enjoying the cultural delights of Western Europe.

- Directly prior, was a comfortable Pelican Waters Assignment Australia, for owners exploring Western Australia for 7 months. Just two houses from the waterside, it was a real treat for kayaking the nearby Pumicestone Passage!

- That was on the heels of a repeat waterfront Mooloolaba Eastcoast Australia assignment with a fabulous rear deck outlook and breakfast pontoon.

- Before that, a prime Buderim hillside home with splendid deck views. An open plan property, well suited to the Queensland Australia lifestyle.

- Earlier, a 14 month long Ilkley Queensland Assignment caring for a classic Bali-style hideaway property in the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands, Qld Australia. Keeping the property up to scratch for an upcoming sale was second nature to us, see overview pics below.

- Immediately prior, was an annual 7-month long Co Louth Irish Assignment securing a magnificent 18th century, twin-manor country home, from 2004 to 2010. See overview image below again with us in there too.

- Prior to Ireland was a Sennwald Swiss Alps mill-house conversion, with two hilarious cats for cuddles. Set in amongst the stunning Alps, we were both in great shape hiking, mountain biking and running in those high altitude mountains..! - Earlier still, a False Creek Vancouver BC condo for owners on a working contract in Montreal. Waterfront walks and bike riding were our daily routine here before returning for breakfast on the expansive 6th floor balcony.

- Before that, a repeat 2-month Tomich Scottish Highland Manor Assignment occupying an historic Scottish Highland estate residence and resort. See overview image below with us at main door.

- Earlier still, another repeat Washington Park Denver Colorado Assignment - this time for 12 months duration, while the owner was on a working contract back east in Vermont. This included caring for a massive pitch black German Shepherd who adored his lakeside walks in local Washington Park, as well as joining us on our high altitude back country hikes in the Colorado Rockies.

- Before there, was a Peak District Assignment UK perfect base for us that adore hiking the wild moorlands. Cycling and running the country lanes also kept us both in great shape. The owners of this inviting home were keeping fit too, cycling their way round rural France.

- Earlier, an 18th century French farmhouse featuring 21st century facilities without having tarnished the original farmhouse character. Lawns, vines, and a renovated tower with 360 views. Bliss.

-Earlier still. a Sydney Harbour Art Deco home, a Hollywood Hills home, an Irish eco cabin and many more memorable assignments. The list of homes and pets is lengthy and varied, spanning three continents.

All assignments required security, discretion and accountability for owners on distant shores. Each owner has asked us back for additional stints.

We're a conscientious duo equipped with a broad range of house and grounds maintenance, admin, and animal-sit skills. We're home-owners too, yet with no children, we've tracked our work around the globe.
