Reference for Wayne Gilbert

Wayne provided house sitting services for us recently and surpassed our expectations. He was always very responsive to messages during the planning stages prior to his sitting and proactive in thinking of items to address.

The evening we were departing, our two dogs had a medical emergency and had to be hospitalized for several days. Wayne was very calm during the emerging situation and agreed without hesitation to drive to the vet clinic upon their discharge to escort them home. This was really above and beyond the call of duty and we were so comforted knowing they would be in good hands.

There was also inclement weather while we were away creating a need for our vehicles to be moved to a snow emergency area. Wayne was excellent at keeping us apprised of issues without ever being intrusive or overly communicative.

The house was left immaculate and the animals were calm and well-cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne for any type of house/animal sitting based on our experience.
