I am retired and open to travel anywhere in the world. My career included representing the same company for over 40 years. I was in outside sales for a wheel and brake manufacturer. I have lived in 9 different states from St Augustine, FL to Makawao, HI and worked in all 50 states and 4 Western Canadian Provinces. I was a homeowner in CA, FL & WA and currently have a Condo in Huatulco, Mexico. As a homeowner, I bought both new and lived in before homes and believed in preventative maintenance. If something needs repair do it now. I treated my automobiles the same way and as a result, I never had a major breakdown.
