About Jessica Hallock:

Integrity is important to me and I recognize how rare that is today. I appreciate loyalty, honesty, transparency, courage, and actions fueled by moral values. I was raised to take my word seriously. My parents were great examples of that.

I witnessed my dad maintaining discipline to provide for his family, employees, and to serve his clients to the best of his ability. My mom raised her kids to see all people with equal value. If she saw a stranger in need, she found a solution and met that need. She taught me strength, compassion, advocacy, and courage to say and do the right thing even when it’s scary.

At this point in my life, pets and kids are where my heart’s at. I also like to think I have a specialty in dog training. I believe commitment and consistency is key to training puppies to be well-behaved as adults. I have experience training three dogs I’ve owned in the past. I trained them to use the bathroom outside when I tell them to, lay down on the living room rug during my meals, go to their bed, come, stay, heal, sit, lay down, not bark, not jump on people, and fetch. I believe these are the basics every dog should know. Before I got a dog of my own, I researched and studied dog training. I had some help from my dad who’d trained his Labrador pups up to be hunters. When I got my first puppy, I became buds with a skilled dog trainer who became a great mentor. I have a friend now that trains k-9's. He’s been happy to answer my questions.

I have known Jes since she was a young girl who became my son’s penpal online. They both shared a medical condition that was rare. My son passed and several years ago she found me on FB and renewed a bond. She wanted me to know how much my son,who was a little older than her, had taught her how to cope as a young girl.
Since our reconnect I now know her family in Wyoming and I correspond with her mom and Jes on a regular basis.
