As a 25-year-old filmmaker who has called NYC home for the past seven years, I bring a unique blend of creativity, responsibility, and dedication to any task I undertake. With a background in Film & Television and Art History from NYU, I've developed a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for aesthetics.
This summer presents an exciting opportunity for me to embark on a new chapter in my filmmaking journey by producing my first feature film. In pursuit of this goal, I am seeking a comfortable, longer-term house sitting arrangement that will provide me with the stability and focus necessary to bring my vision to life. What sets me apart as an ideal house sitter is my genuine love for caring for spaces and my commitment to maintaining a home with the utmost respect and diligence. With my flexible schedule during pre-production, I can dedicate ample time to ensuring that your home receives the care and attention it deserves. I have extensive experience in house sitting and caretaking roles that have prepared me well for this position. Throughout my college years, I served as a tutor and babysitter for three different families, where I not only cared for the children but also ensured the safety and security of their homes.
Additionally, I spent a year assisting a childhood neighbor with the care of their three children and their home while they traveled for both pleasure and business. This experience honed my organizational skills and attention to detail, as I managed various household tasks and routines to maintain a smooth operation in their absence.
Furthermore, I had the opportunity to oversee the management of a family friend's home in Bali for one month last January, which provided me with valuable hands-on experience in caring for a property in an international setting.
From time to time, I also will watch/take care of my friend's cats/dogs in BK and NYC whenever they travel. I grew up with cats and dogs so caring for them comes naturally.
My diverse background also includes living in various homes around the world, including Rome, Florence, London, Miami, LA, and Paris. These experiences have equipped me with a global perspective on home management and an understanding of the importance of personalized care tailored to each unique living environment. |
