I love to bike, hike, kayak, social dance (especially argentine tango and country 2-step). When I'm not being active I enjoy reading, uplifting movies, and warm-hearted potlucks with friends, singing, playing games, and enjoying resonant, connecting conversation.

For about 10 years in the early 2000s I had my own vacation rental business (workign with about 53 units and 26 owners, in SW Florida). I've also served as caretaker for residential rental homes (about 35 units, in NW Portland, Oregon).  So, I'm an expert at taking care of both properties and people.  It's fulfilling and inspiring for me to create vacation and home environments full of warmth, welcome, and nourishment for folks. 

So, it's right in line with those values, to add housesitting to my travel adventures!  I'm just starting with online housesitting services in June 2024.

My home base is now Minneapolis, MN, but I lived in Portland OR from Feb 2009 until Sep 2021.  I've done house-sitting in both locations.
