Hi, I’m fairly new to house sitting at least as a job or I guess some make a profession out of it…..either way I’m new to it. Granted I’ve helped out numerous friends and family with taking care of their animals and homes when they were unable to or were out if town. I’m a mother of two daughters 21 & 23 and been feeling the life of an empty nest for awhile, so I’ve decided to take on some new experiences. I love to travel and have been doing that quite a bit past several years, typically to see my boyfriend whose job takes him to many places. Currently I go quite often to the Dallas Area and New Orleans, although definitely not limited to just those places. I really want to see many more places and love meeting new people so this seems like it will keep me from spending and help me to gain a little financially which in today’s economy I think everyone can relate to. I absolutely love animals and have spent almost all my life around them. My father used to show and breed dogs when he was alive and although I didn’t get to go to all the shows I certainly helped when I could with the caring of them. I’ve always had a pet or 12 (yes I had 10 cats and 2 dogs when I was younger and we lived in NC) even have experience but limited knowledge of goats, chickens, horses. I am a very clean and tidy person. I appreciate you reading my little bit about myself. She’s a great help to me and my boy who is a puppy still. She was willing to come down to where I live, mainly because her daughter lives around the area but still it was unexpected and highly appreciated! I would use her as many times as I can due to how well she kept up with my pup my house and dealt with the fluctuating schedule I was dealing with. She was definitely understanding and kind even when she had every right not to be. Im grateful to her and all her help!
