The Encanto-Palmcroft neighborhood in Central Phoenix is where I've cared for a home during this summer 2024.  My time is spent working on Web3 development and computer networking applications.  It has been a pleasure to look after this historic home and to get acquainted with some of the neighbors.  My passion is being part of creating what is next for our human connectivity through peer-to-peer networks.  I'm frequently invited to speak at the Arizona State University College of Law on Web3 and Blockchain technologies.  I would love to take care of your home.

This summer, 2024, I've cared for a historic home in the Encanto-Palmcroft neighborhood in Central Phoenix. Sending photos of mail delivered each day and forwarding important pieces to the homeowners seemed to be a very valuable service for them. I cared for outdoor plants, repaired some items that did not function, alerted the owners to potentially damaging plumbing issues and other items that they appreciated knowing about. It has been mutually beneficial for me to care for their beautiful home this summer.

Mrs. Suarez's home overlooks Phoenix and is adjacent to a mountain preserve. I've looked after her home a number of time while she was traveling. Caring for plants, receiving packages, making sure items such as the outdoor fountain was full of water and assisting with the overseeing of a construction project adjacent to her property are some of the areas where I have assisted her. I believe she has traveled with greater peace of mind knowing that these things were being watched with care.
