I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have been exploring the relationships humans have with themselves, each other, as well as their natural and constructed environments. I create content (written and visual) about lifestyle and mindset, and I empower individuals to step into their dreams.
