Hello! My name is Miranda. I work in the communications field for a tech company. I love animals, traveling around the US and meeting new people. Unfortunately, because I travel often I don’t have any dogs or cats of my own currently. I also really miss being a “plant mom.” Past housemates would describe me as very tidy…nothing relieves stress like a good deep cleaning! I love exploring the outdoor and running (currently training for my first half-marathon).
I think house sitting is the perfect choice for a remote worker! While my home base is in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I hope to travel often in 2022. I also find housesitting is a good way to keep me in a healthy routine while I travel. Wake up, check on plants, and tidy up, etc. Also, because I work from my laptop, it give me the ability to be “home” during the day and watch over the property. For those interested in pet sitters, I am, frankly, just an animal lover. From going on runs with high energy breeds to the dirty work of cleaning a litter box—I truly find that cats and dogs bring so much joy into my life. A very flexible person, I’m always able to promptly deal with those crisis situations we hope never happen (from plumbing nightmares to vet emergencies) all while communicating with you, the homeowner. |
