My home is in a brand new quiet and safe subdivision and has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is a lovely breakfast nook in the kitchen and the furniture and fixtures are sure to make you feel at home. It is a two-story single family home with a nice sized backyard, a two-car garage, and is very close to the community pool. It is just off the main road where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway minutes away. The kitchen is fully loaded and there is a beautiful office on the 1st fl. The master bedroom has a sitting area that serves as a comfortable alternative that does not require you to leave the room for a change of scenery. In terms of my expectations, please be mindful that this home and all that is contained within it are loved and was carefully selected. Responsibilities:
To care for our 3 year old Labrador Marley and 13 year old
Cat Monkey. To make sure they will be loved, fed and the dog Marley must be
walked 2 times daily. Marley and Monkey require a lot of petting, cuddling and
loving attention. Other than that, the home need to be tended to as if your
own. Pick up the mail on a daily basis and keep our belongings clean and safe
while we are away.
