A 25 minute walk to the city centre, the area is quiet and serene and contains every possible amenity: parks, beaches, playground, sporting pitches, marina all within a 25 minute walk of the city centre. Very good public transport links are right in the neighbourhood and it is a 25 minute cab ride from Dublin airport. But there are also very good bus links to the airport. The house is equipped with cable tv, wireless broadband, washer, gas fired central heat. There are 3 dogs resident who are the primary reason for a house sitter. One is an 11 yro old lurcher (greyhound/wolfehound mix) who is quite bossy. The 2 little guys are 5 yro brothers who are some sort of jack russel mix. They are loving and very affectionate.They all require regular bathroom walks.
